What a wonderful 1st Birthday!

Carter and Olivia had a wonderful 1st birthday! After work we had our parents over for cake and ice cream and the kids had a great time! We started with opening some presents and then it was time to dive into the cake and ice cream! Carter didn't hold back...he dove right in and had so much fun playing in the cake! Olivia was full of smiles but didn't like getting dirty...she just ate the icing off her fingers!

This morning they had their 12 month check up and everything went great. Carter weighed in at 19 pounds 9 ounces and 28 inches long. He is now in the 10th percentile for his weight and 25th for his height. Olivia was 18 pounds 2 ounces and 28 inches long. She too was in the 10th for her weight and 25th for her height. Considering that they were 2 months premature they are growing great! Unfortunately this check up came with shots, but they did good as usual!
