Our first family vacation!

Friday we started out on our first family vacation! We went to Baltimore, MD with the Allison family and had a great time! Friday we were able to check into our hotel around 11am and since the weather was rainy we found a local mall/outlet to spend the afternoon at. They had a Bass Pro Shop so that made Mitch and Todd extra happy. It was Carter and Olivia's first trip to Bass Pro and though they weren't overly excited it made the boys happy to be there. The mall was really nice, and we all had a good time checking out the shops! After shopping we went back to to the hotel and hit the pool. This was the first time all three kids had been swimming and they all loved it!

Saturday night we went out for dinner and then back to the hotel to watch the new Fast and Furious movie...the kids and I fell asleep, but Mitch, Todd and Amanda gave it two thumbs up!

Saturday morning we were off to the aquarium for a 10am enter time. Our timing was perfect and there weren't any lines! The kids all had a great time and Liv started with a new word while we were in the aquarium. When looking at the fish she kept saying "at". I think she was trying to say "whats that"...what a smart little girl we have!

When we were finishing up at the aquarium it got really busy and there were long lines outside...I definitely recommend going early to anyone who hasn't been there before! Though it wasn't as warm as they were calling for we still had a wonderful time walking around the harbor!

We headed home Sunday morning and though we were glad to be home and see Harley, its always sad to see vacations end. Thanks Todd, Amanda, and Jackson for a wonderful weekend together and hope everyone has a great week!
